Alison has a Diploma of Business Accounting and recently completed an MBA majoring in Finance. Alison has an organised and practical approach to problem solving with critical thinking capabilities. As the owner of three businesses, Alison has extensive experience in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry and is passionate about supporting local businesses to reach their goals.
“My passion lies with small and medium businesses and helping them achieve their business goals. Bookkeeping is more than just staying compliant; it provides insights into how a business is managed and operated. Up to date, clean, orderly bookkeeping allows us see with clarity and direction the facts behind the numbers, helping business owners to make better informed decisions and understand exactly how their business is performing.
My aim is to help our clients to be engaged in their business, to understand where they are and to make plans about where they would like to be. Being a part of that journey is why I love what I do”.
Alison lives in Melbourne with her husband, two teenages and an array of beloved pets including a turtle!

Colleen is a Registered BAS Agent with a passion for helping small businesses stay organised, compliant and financially confident. With qualifications from Chisholm Institute and experience supporting businesses across a variety of industries, she brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every client she works with.
Specialising in bookkeeping, BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement, payroll, GST compliance and bank reconciliations, Colleen enjoys taking the stress out of financial administration so business owners can focus on what they do best. She believes that accurate bookkeeping is the foundation of informed business decisions and long-term success.
Colleen is known for her reliability, approachable nature and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients and providing support that is both professional and personalised.
As part of the Bookkeeper X team, Colleen is dedicated to helping businesses achieve financial clarity through accurate bookkeeping, proactive communication and trusted advice.
EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER
Christina is a passionate and dedicated bookkeeper who genuinely enjoys helping businesses stay organised and financially on track. With a Certificate IV and Diploma of Accounting, Xero Certification, and hands-on experience across a variety of industries, she brings both technical knowledge and a practical approach to every client she supports.
Known for her strong attention to detail, reliability and love of problem-solving, Christina enjoys the structured nature of bookkeeping and the satisfaction that comes from keeping financial records accurate and up to date. Whether she's reconciling accounts, processing payroll or investigating discrepancies, she takes pride in delivering work that clients can rely on.
Christina is committed to continuous learning and professional development, with plans to become a Registered BAS Agent and continue building her expertise within the bookkeeping profession. She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and believes strong bookkeeping provides business owners with the confidence to make informed decisions.
Outside of work, Christina is an avid reader who can easily finish 40 to 50 books each year. She particularly enjoys crime, mystery and historical fiction, always appreciating a story with plenty of twists along the way.
PRACTICE MANAGER
Jodie is an organised, hardworking and self-motivated Practice Manager with more than 20 years of administrative experience across a variety of industries. Her extensive background, combined with her passion for organisation and efficiency, helps keep Bookkeeper X running smoothly behind the scenes.
With her bubbly personality, outgoing nature and exceptional communication skills, Jodie is often the first point of contact for our clients. She is responsible for managing the firm's workflow, coordinating client engagement and supporting the team to ensure work is delivered on time and to the high standard our clients expect.
Jodie and Alison have worked together on a range of projects for more than 15 years, building a strong professional partnership founded on trust, collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Based on the beautiful beaches south of Sydney, Jodie brings energy, positivity and a genuine passion for helping both our clients and our team succeed.
EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER
Olivia is an experienced bookkeeper with a passion for helping businesses stay organised, compliant and financially confident. With more than 15 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, she has worked with businesses across a diverse range of industries, giving her a broad understanding of the unique challenges faced by small business owners.
Olivia supports clients with all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, account maintenance and financial reporting. She is known for her accuracy, efficiency and commitment to ensuring every client's records are maintained to the highest standard.
Friendly, approachable and solutions-focused, Olivia enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and becoming a trusted part of their business journey. She believes great bookkeeping provides business owners with the confidence and information they need to make informed decisions and achieve long-term success.
